Buyer beware! They explain their refund policy, but fail to mention electronics are final sale. So you purchase online as it's out of stock in-store confident Sportchek has you covered. But when you try to return, even for a store credit, they conveniently whip out their refund policy exceptions on electronics. Buyer beware!

Generally a very pleasant experience when we go to this location. On Tuesday in particular, dealt with a very professional young gentleman, Ryan. His assistance in helping find my desired sunglasses frames and lenses (Oakley) and having the shipping setup was perfect. I feel more confident when I have staff to interact with confirming proper mailing address, stock, pricing etc. Thanks Ryan!

Staffs are always helpful and this place has never let me down. Was at Mark’s and was really disappointed by how shady they were about the discount and came over to find the always reliably good sportscheck to have a great deal.

I was asking for UA drink containers. Unfortunately the lady manager here didn’t seem very friendly at all. They have a severe lack of selection here as well. I’ll go somewhere else to shop from now on.

Best Sport Check in the Ottawa / Hull region. Best deals, best cashiers. Large, spacious and clean. I won't buy anywhere else. Scene points! Excellent exchange policy. Huge store. #localguide

This is a very large sport check. It's got pretty much anything and everything you could possibly imagine. The layout of the store can be a bit confusing when you first get in. I find that within each area there is a great assortment of items and we'll categorized for consistency. A great place to check out if you're looking for athletic wear or sports stuff.

I had an amazing experience today at this Sport Check Orleans location. I was looking for a pair of white ski goggles, and the one I really like happened to be the last one. The young man helped me order it online, but there was some glitch on the website and they couldn’t complete it. The manager came help out as well, he was super friendly and helpful. In the end, I took the last one in the store and left with a smile! :) I truly grateful for the customer service they provide, all 2 associates and the manager who helped me were super patient and kind. I highly recommend this location.

They don't respect the hours posted on their website. Says they close at 9, I show up at 8 and they're closed. Came way out of my way to pick up something I ordered online, this is ridiculous
